Stretches, especially for the neck and back are a great way to relieve tension headaches and stimulate overall relaxation to prevent other types of stress-induced headaches.

  1. First, do a slow neck roll to either side (clockwise and counter-clockwise) very slowly and steadily.
  2. Then, using the weight of your right arm tilt your head to the right and just relax your hand on your head, not pulling to the right but allowing it to rest for about 30 seconds, do the same on the opposite side.
